I have been the co-owner of Prestige Business Sales in Pismo Beach for the last fifteen years. Prestige Business Sales is a business shared with my husband, Gary Bayus and several amazing support personnel. I also own and operate a marketing firm for Business Brokers (www.PBSMA.com).

I am a successful writer who teaches, and hold classes for non-profits and small businesses teaching new marketing techniques using social media and special events.  I am also the food and film critic for the 3 local papers, which makes for a fun evening out each week!

I have had a varied and successful business life including the ownership (with my husband as partner) of a restaurant and bar, three radio stations, community access TV station, motorcycle dealership, advertising and PR firm, janitorial business, wholesale bakery, and motivational speaker.

I have raised two birth children and six foster children. They are all out on their own and giving me beautiful grand babies.
